W rocznicę stulecia istnienia Głównego Instytutu Górnictwa – Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego rozpocznie się w nim realizacja zamierzeń ujętych w nowo opracowanej strategii funkcjonowania i rozwoju. W artykule przedstawiono przebieg opracowywania i wdrażania strategii oraz najważniejsze zadania zaplanowane do wykonania. Zwrócono także uwagę na znaczenie skutecznej realizacji zamierzeń ujętych w przygotowanym dokumencie w zapewnieniu dalszej efektywnej działalności instytutu. Artykuł powstał w oparciu o zapisy “Strategii Głównego Instytutu Górnictwa – Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego do roku 2030, z perspektywą do roku 2035”.

On the centenary of the Central Mining Institute – National Research Institute, the implementation of the plans included in the newly developed strategy for operation and development will begin. The article presents the course of developing and implementing the strategy and the most important tasks planned to be performed. Attention was also drawn to the importance of effective implementation of the plans included in the prepared document in ensuring futher effective operation of the Institute. The article was based on the provisions of the “Strategy of the Central Mining Institute – National Research Institute until 2030, with a perspective until 2035″.
